Summary: The Classroom Aide/Driver 3 transports individuals safely to and from day service programs as their Driver. As an Aide, duties include developing, implementing, and supervising a training program designed to meet each individual's needs, case management of designated individuals, and participation in general duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Education/Experience:

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred</li>
<li>Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred</li>
<li>1-2 years of previous experience preferred</li>
<li>Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training</li>
<li>Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members</li>
<li>Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib</li>

Duties As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, implementing age-appropriate curriculum, and guiding children’s development in social, emotional, and cognitive areas. You will also lead and support a team of associate and/or assistant teachers to ensure high-quality care and education.

 Requirements

<li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of classroom teaching experience</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</li>
