 Duties and Responsibilities 
1. Leadership &amp; Management 
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop department managers, supervisors, and field teams (service, construction, estimating, administration, etc.) </li>
<li>Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork </li>
<li>Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and performance metrics </li>
<li>Must be a US citizen or have a Green Card </li>

2. Operations Oversight 
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily operations of plumbing service and construction projects </li>
<li>Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards </li>
<li>Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple teams </li>
<li>Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers </li>
</ul>
3. Financial Management 
<ul>
<li>Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports </li>
<li>Monitor key financial indicators including revenue, margins, job costing, and cash flow </li>
<li>Approve purchasing and expenditures in accordance with company policy </li>
<li>Identify and implement opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency </li>

4. Business Development &amp; Client Relations

<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors </li>
