<li>Organize and facilitate estimate reviews, internal meetings, and bid strategy discussions, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.</li>
<li>Draw upon analytical thinking to compare current estimates to historical data, uncover cost drivers, and identify value engineering opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop clear scopes of work, bid tabs, assumptions, qualifications, and reconciliation reports, while ensuring completeness and accuracy.</li>
<li>Attend and contribute to pre-bid, preconstruction, and project planning meetings as needed.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent relevant field experience.</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a dedicated estimating role.</li>
<li>Proven leadership and mentoring experience in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to interpret technical documents and communicate complex project details effectively.</li>
<li>Highly skilled in managing client relationships and cross-functional team coordination.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer).</li>

You will be working as a part of a team with apprentices, other journeymen, Master Plumbers, and or our demo crew in restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, etc.. Individual must have a customer 1st mentality to ensure projects are completed timely and to customer expectations.

• Interpret blueprints and follow building codes and safety regulations. 
• Able to diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Perform necessary tank test on units, and ensure they comply with all government and company standards and regulations;</li>

<li>Maintain all tools and test equipment;</li>
\n
<li>Assist with finding qualified repair shops when necessary.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

<li>3+ years’ experience as a tank inspector (VIPK inspections) required;</li>

<li>High school diploma or GED required.</li>

<li>HM-183 Register Inspector (Tank Inspector) Certificate is strongly preferred;</li>

<li>1+ years diesel mechanic experience with heavy-duty trucks and/or equipment required;</li>
