<li>Ability to maintain organized workspaces that maximize efficient use of time, manpower, and materials.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a clean and professional manner and maintain a high level of quality control in workmanship.</li>
<li>Ability to work with other trades to coordinate seamless installation.</li>
<li>Familiar with basic wood and material knowledge to understand and choose the appropriate and proper quality of materials.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate professionally about tasks to problem solve or develop resolutions to installation concerns.</li>
</ul>
 
Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Successful completion of vocational school or technical college or apprenticeship program; OR at least three years of experience via on-the-job training required.</li>
<li>Must have OSHA 10-Hour (30-Hour preferred).</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.</li>
<li>Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.</li>
<li>Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.</li>
<li>Must have drivers license and own transportation.</li>
