Position Overview
Gator Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to be on site daily at Swansea Mall once construction begins. This role serves as the owner’s on-site representative, overseeing General Contractors (GCs), monitoring construction activity, and providing consistent, detailed reporting to ownership. 
This is a highly visible, field-based role requiring a strong construction background, exceptional written communication skills, and disciplined documentation practices. The position will begin with the Swansea Mall project, with additional projects throughout the Northeast to follow. 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Be on site daily during active construction phases to represent ownership interests </li>
<li>Oversee and coordinate work performed by General Contractors and subcontractors </li>
<li>Monitor construction progress, schedules, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications </li>
<li>Identify issues, risks, or delays and escalate them promptly to ownership </li>
<li>Prepare detailed daily written reports documenting site activity, progress, issues, and resolutions </li>

Required Qualifications
