Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Reading blueprints, plans, specs and instructions</li>
<li>Using hand and power tools</li>
<li>Rough framing of walls, ceilings, flooring and roofs</li>
<li>Finish carpentry including hanging crown moldings, installing window/door casings and</li>
<li>baseboards, installing fixtures and hardware, cabinet installation</li>
<li>Shoring erection, repair/replacement of patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances and necessary demolition</li>
<li>May also include drywall, patching, and painting</li>
<li>Checking the accuracy of completed work in accordance with the plans</li>
<li>Other qualifications and responsibilities might arise as deemed necessary by circumstances</li>
<li>Supervising crews and subs on site</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must have 5+ years carpentry experience and knowledge of remodeling Proficiency in all trades, Including; frame to finish</li>
<li>Must have a strong work ethic and take pride in all work</li>
<li>The ability to work efficiently without wasting materials and possessing reliable transportation and tools</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Must possess ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings</li>
<li>Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and tools of the trade required</li>
<li>Must be willing to pass a criminal background check in compliance with regulations</li>
</ul>
 
Salary and Benefits:
<ul>
<li>$65,000 - $75,000 per year.- Negotiable, commensurate with experience.</li>
