A Weekday Daytime Team Leader is the heartbeat of Cowabunga’s! This person is responsible for maintaining safety in our gyms, cleanliness throughout the entire facility, and ensuring all guests at Cowabunga’s are greeted warmly and have fun during their visit! Team Leads are also expected to help with several important administrative tasks at our front desk like maintaining email, phone calls, and more!

<li>Mop and sweep large sections</li>

<li>Lift, move, reposition furniture to ensure cleanliness</li>
<li>Scrub-clean various surfaces</li>
<li>Have work inspected routinely for optimal results</li>
<li>Maintain breakroom</li>
<li>Maintain communal eating areas</li>
<li>Respond to all customer accidents</li>
<li>Maintain costume room</li>
<li>Pick up and dispose of all trash properly</li>
</ul>
 
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to be on feet continuously during shift</li>
<li>Ability to lift 40lbs, when necessary</li>
<li>Ability to jump, crawl, slide through equipment for safety checks</li>
<li>Ability to work on hands and knees</li>
<li>Ability to speak clearly and confidently</li>
<li>Ability to climb ladders</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>At least 16 years of age</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check with no concerns</li>
<li>Reference check(s)</li>
