Job Requirements:&nbsp;

<li>1+ years of experience.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>1-3 years previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others.&nbsp;</li>
<li>HS Diploma or GED Equivalent&nbsp;</li>
<li>Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays, and weekends.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>

The expected pay range is&nbsp;$22.00/hr - $23.48/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
