Executive Chef at a Private Country Club and full service restaurant located in New London, NH. Our candidate should be ready and willing to help increase customer satisfaction while simultaneously building and sustaining a positive, educational work environment.
Ability to create and foster a welcoming & professional team. Ability to hire, teach, motivate, and inspire the team every day. We are looking for a leader who is willing to accept this great opportunity. A creative and passionate Working Executive Chef, proficient in all aspects of food preparation.

Executive Chef Responsibilities Include:
-Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities in all food outlets
-Modify menus and create new ones that meet quality standards
-Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
-Supervise kitchen staff's activities
-Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
-Recruit, promote and manage kitchen staff
-Rectify arising problems or complaints
-Perform administrative duties
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers'

Requirements
-Proven working experience as a head chef
-Excellent record of kitchen management
-Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
-Capable of delegating multiple tasks
-Communication and leadership skills
-Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
- Serv-safe certified
-Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, MS Excel, restaurant management software, POS, Etc.)
-Perform menu costing and inventory analysis / control in Excel formatting.
-BS degree in culinary science or, related certificate or, equivalent working experiences.
