Long-Term Substitute
(Immediate opening - anticipated through June 15th)

White River Valley High School is seeking a qualified and
motivated Long-Term Substitute Technology Education Teacher
to begin immediately. This position will support high school
students in hands-on and technical coursework, including
Woodworking, Automotive Technology, and Computer-Aided
Design (CAD). The assignment is expected to continue through
the end of the 2025-2026 school year.

Job Duty Summary:

* Deliver instruction in high school Technology Education
courses, including: Woodworking, Automotive Technology,
CAD / Drafting

• Plan and implement engaging, standards aligned lessons
that support both technical skills and safety practices

e Maintain a safe, organized and productive work environment

Supervise and support students during hands on projects
and activities

Assess student learning and provide feedback in alignment
with school expectations

* Collaborate with teachers, administrators and support staff

• Follow all district policies, safety protocols, and classroom
management procedures

Qualifications:
• BA preferred
Experience or demonstrated knowledge in woodworking,
automotive technology, and/or CAD
• Commitment to student safety, engagement and skill
development
