The Franklin County Community Development Corporation (FCCDC) is a nonprofit community economic development organization based in Greenfield, Massachusetts. We strive to weave racial justice work into everything we do, as we help entrepreneurs and business owners at every stage from assistance writing a business plan to flexible financing and connections to resources. Our work with farms and food entrepreneurs strengthens the food system. This work creates opportunities and employment for low- and moderate-income residents throughout western Massachusetts. The FCCDC employs 20 hardworking staffers and has an operating budget of $3.1 million and assets of $12.8 million. We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Lending Director to lead the FCCDC Small Business Lending Program and strengthen its position as a leader in mission-based impact lending. We are looking for an experienced small business lender who wants to use their expertise to strengthen our region's economic development efforts in a collaborative, mission-oriented team and develop innovative approaches to engage more people that have not been able to access financing due to historic and current inequities and biases.
