We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Lead UX/UI Designer. This hybrid opportunity allows you to create innovative digital designs while balancing remote and on-site work. This role is hybrid in the BOSTON/Newton Massachusetts office.


Lead UX/UI Designer Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from initial concept through final implementation, assuming ownership of all project phases.
  • Develop user-centered designs based on research, competitive analysis, and best practices to enhance customer experience.
  • Create various design artifacts such as journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for diverse platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into finished products.
  • Contribute to and uphold the consistency of our internal design system, documenting components and guidelines.


Lead UX/UI Designer Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over six years of experience in user experience, interaction, or digital product design.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing complex system designs across multiple channels.
  • Skilled in visual design, accessibility standards, and documenting intricate interactions for development.
