What You'll Be Doing
As a Casual Package Delivery Driver, your day will be filled with:
- Driving non-CDL vehicles to deliver packages of all shapes and sizes.
- Lifting packages weighing up to 70 lbs with ease.
- Providing exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Maintaining a stellar driving record while navigating your delivery routes.
- Working flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
- To pass the DOT physical.
- Excellent customer service and driving skills.
- The legal right to work in the U.S.
- To comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
Working Conditions
As a full-time Casual Package Delivery Driver, you can expect:
- Workdays that can vary from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
- Shifts lasting between eight to ten hours.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic way to start your journey with UPS. Many seasonal drivers transition into permanent positions, which offer an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including:
