We are seeking an organized and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations across multiple facility locations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and facility systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management, and budgeting skills, as well as the ability to manage vendors and a dispersed facilities team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple facility locations.
  • Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all locations.
  • Perform or coordinate minor repairs and general upkeep, including tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, fixing doors, and touch-up painting.
  • Manage facilities-related projects including renovations, relocations, and expansions.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of each location to ensure facility standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, equipment logs, service contracts, and warranties.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, HR) to support facility-related needs.
  • Manage space planning and utilization in coordination with department heads.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and repair practices.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, and other relevant safety and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage teams remotely.
  • Proficient in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel regularly between facility locations.
