About the Role
As a member of our maintenance and mowing crew, you'll play an essential role in maintaining and enhancing the landscapes of our clients. From mowing lush lawns to ensuring properties look their best, your work will directly contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and the reputation of our company.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Assisting with general landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, and pruning.
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring properties are left clean and presentable after each job.
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment (preferred).
