Special Education Teacher (ESY Moderate/Severe Licensure) Waltham, MA
Location: Waltham, MA PreK & Elementary (TASC Program)
Program Dates: July 7 August 7, 2025

Schedule: MondayThursday, 8:30 AM 2:30 PM
Hours: 20 hours/week
Caseload: PreK & Elementary Students with Moderate to Severe Disabilities, including ASD
Setting: Onsite

Job Details:
We are seeking two experienced and compassionate Special Education Teachers to support the Extended School Year (ESY) program in Waltham, MA. These positions will focus on PreK and elementary-aged students within the TASC program, serving students with moderate to severe disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals

  • Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs

  • Collaborating with paraprofessionals and related service providers

  • Providing structure and consistency in a therapeutic learning environment

  • Maintaining daily documentation and communication with families and team

Special Requirements:

  • Valid Massachusetts licensure in Special Education (Moderate or Severe Disabilities)

  • Experience working with students with ASD and significant behavioral needs preferred

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
