We’re looking for aMaintenance Technicianin EastFalmouth,MAto take charge of the upkeep and enhancement of our communityspaces, from rental units and common areas to grounds and parking lots.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm &on-callrotation with mileage reimbursement. Youwill follow a set schedule pattern, with any changes communicated by yoursupervisor. Flexibility and adaptability are needed.

As a Maintenance Technician you will:
- Keep our properties in top shape, handling everything from painting and lawn care to electrical work and snow removal.
- Ensure newly vacated apartments are ready for the next resident with thorough ‘turnover’ maintenance.
- Regularly assess the property, proactively addressing maintenance concerns and collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor on solutions.
- Oversee vendor work as needed and safely operate power tools and equipment.

Experience Required for Your Success
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Experience in Plumbing, painting, electrical
- Required to have their own tools
- HVAC / EPA Certification is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Flexibility to handle after-hours maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation and snow removal.
