  • Build and manage website messaging — ensure site copy, visuals, and navigation clearly reflect product positioning, new features, and value props.

  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to shape, refine, and execute pricing and packaging futures

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives based on business KPIs, being agile and shifting where necessary, and making recommendations for improvements

Own Market Research & Insights

  • Build market intelligence by being the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria

  • Be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned, educate the business on points of differentiation in terms of feature functionality, solution experience, application of AI, and pricing/packaging to ensure our product roadmap includes a competitive moat

  • Be a voice of the market and advocate for our customers, understanding and reflecting to Product Mgmt market needs and innovation trends based on competitive learnings, churn post mortems, and closed/loss feature gaps

Develop Field Enablement & Collateral

  • Understand and support our sales channels (direct, reseller, customer teams); train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users

  • Develop internal tools and external sales collateral, and teach how and when to use it, for example, persona-based demo scripts, demo certification program for new reps, new product sales kits, battlecards, one-pagers etc.

  • In partnership with Customer Success, lead the overall customer journey strategy, and map needed customer marketing efforts, including in-product touchpoints, to enhance the customer experience and improve retention

  • Work with CS to promote adoption campaigns, feature usage, and success stories. Turn power users into evangelists via testimonials, case studies, and reference programs

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g., delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis, and market research)

  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Jira, Google Suite

  • Familiar with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot and Google Analytics)

  • Power user of design and video editing software (e.g. Riverside, Canva)
