DetecTogether is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2009 to save lives by teaching people how to detect cancer early and be active partners in their healthcare. Forty percent of the U.S. population will be diagnosed with cancer, and it is the leading cause of life years lost in the U.S. To benefit from the lifesaving advantage of early detection, people must be educated about the signs and symptoms of cancer, motivated to pay attention to their health changes, and empowered to seek timely care, ask questions, and make informed decisions with their physicians. Position Overview
DetecTogether is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to deliver client education and eLearning programs while managing essential program logistics, data collection, and CRM system oversight. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, exceptional presentation skills, and a passion for empowering people to detect cancer early. This role requires a balance between out-of-office training and behind-the-scenes operations to ensure seamless program execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program Logistics & Data Management:

Oversee client relationship management, including prospecting, scheduling, and supporting fee-for-service workplace programs with a strong focus on building long-lasting relationships.

Collect, manage, and analyze training and engagement data to address client needs, inform program improvements and strategic decisions.

Maintain and update the CRM system to track client interactions, monitor impact metrics, and optimize outreach efforts for ongoing engagement.

Work closely with the Communications and Marketing team to align messaging, maximize program visibility, and enhance program outreach efforts.
Training & Program Delivery:

Lead comprehensive in-person and virtual training programs, ensuring interactive and engaging learning experiences for diverse national audiences including firefighters, first responders, young adults, and corporate workplaces.

Facilitate ongoing client engagement initiatives including follow-up sessions to reinforce learning, address participant questions, and support long-term client engagement.

Manage training impact data collection and feedback survey collection; leverage insights to continuously refine program effectiveness and enhance learning experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to refine program content based on research, client feedback, and performance data.

Support fundraising events and other initiatives that align with DetecTogether’s mission.

Leverage eLearning platforms and virtual tools to enhance training delivery and client engagement. Experience with creating engaging, tech-enabled educational experiences is a plus.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Passion for DetecTogether’s mission of saving lives through early cancer detection.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, business, or a related field, with a minimum of three to five years of professional experience.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations to diverse audiences.

Strong client relationship management and program resource planning experience.

Ability to collect, analyze, and use data to enhance program effectiveness.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Salesforce and other presentation technologies is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Additional Information

Local and occasional national travel required up to 20%.

Occasional weekend and early evening work may be required.

Structured hybrid office environment.
