TIG Welder/Fabricators- Needed for 1st Shift

Our client in Peabody is experiencing significant growth and is in need of a TIG Welder/Fabricator. This is for a well-established company that could provide years of job stability. The companies has an excellent benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, Vision Matching 401k, etc!

Work Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Hourly Wage: $22.00 – $32.00, based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on various metal components to meet quality and print specifications.
• Work with light gauge steel, stainless steel, and aluminum in a production environment.
• Read, interpret, and follow welding and assembly blueprints.
• Utilize basic hand and power tools such as grinders and deburring equipment.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced ISO manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace, following all safety protocols and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of welding experience whether it be TIG, Stick, etc.
• Need to have experience reading welding and assembly blueprints
• Feel comfortable working with minimal supervision once trained.
• Will need to have the ability of lifting upwards to 50 lbs
• Experience using hand tools and power tools such as grinders, deburring equipment,
• Will need to wear a pair of steel toe boots or shoes.
• Company does require a preemployment Background Check, Drug Test
• Must be willing to be cross trained and learn all aspects of the welding department.
• No need to have your own tools as the company provides all equipment and supplies for the job.
