Position Overview
The Style and Design Producer is responsible for managing all aspects of event décor, equipment, and creative support to ensure seamless execution of events. This role works closely with the sales, culinary, and marketing teams to anticipate needs, maintain inventory, and bring creative event concepts to life. The position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across departments while balancing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Event Décor & Equipment Management

  • Oversee onsite décor and equipment setup, packing, and management.
  • Plan, purchase, and maintain décor for events, seasons, and office spaces.
  • Implement and maintain packing standards for equipment and decor.
  • Create, prepare, and pack signage and décor for events as required.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to plan equipment and décor needs.
  • Stage two new or updated food stations weekly for photography, archiving in Canto, and sharing with the sales team.
  • Evolve and maintain food station equipment and presentation standards.

Collaboration & Creative Support

  • Partner with sales team members to anticipate needs, support client planning, and execute client gifts.
  • Work with the culinary team on signage, dietary, and allergen requirements, including labeling, Chef’s Choice menus, cheese selections, vessels, and display presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and photoshoots.
  • Develop tasting menus for commissary and off-premises tastings.
  • Fulfill creative requests from the sales team to support client engagement and presentations.

Inventory, Purchasing & Vendor Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory of décor and equipment, replacing or expanding as needed.
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders for décor, equipment, and supplies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and serve as primary contact for Minuteman Press for all printing needs.

Administrative & Team Support

  • Provide coverage for the Front Desk Administrator as required.
  • Attend all mandatory BEO meetings and team meetings.
  • Maintain organization of décor storage and office décor standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative eye for design and event presentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
  • Experience managing inventory and vendor relationships preferred.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to attend events and mandatory meetings.
