Summary
Progressive early education center in Henniker is looking for a full-time Preschool Teacher to add to our Preschool program! This individual would work with children ages 2 and a half to 5 years of age. White Birch Center offers full benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, and 401(k).

Duties
- Observes all rules and regulations at White Birch Center and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
- Assesses and documents each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis.
- Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the White Birch Center’s curriculum and programming.
- Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
Requirements
- Be able to work with children of all ages.
- The ideal person must be kind, patient, dependable, and responsible.
- Experience in Early Childhood Development, Early Intervention, Preschool, or in Childcare.
- Must also have an Early Childhood/Education Degree or at least 9 credits in that field.
Nice To Haves
- Adult and Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
