Our company is searching for an experienced candidates for the position of accounts payable coordinator. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.
- Gathering and sorting mail by company
- Scanning invoices to appropriate managers for approval before posting into GP
- Processing invoices on a regular basis
- Assisting with check runs
- Assisting with year-end 1099 distribution
- Posting check distributions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with accounts payable (experience with Great Plains software preferred)
- Must be detailed oriented and organized
- Prior experience with 3rdparty Accounts Payable processing helpful.
- General understanding of “debits” and “credits”.
- Excellent communications skills for working in a small business environment
- Must be a Team Player
