Our company is searching for an experienced candidates for the position of accounts payable coordinator. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

  • Gathering and sorting mail by company
  • Scanning invoices to appropriate managers for approval before posting into GP
  • Processing invoices on a regular basis
  • Assisting with check runs
  • Assisting with year-end 1099 distribution
  • Posting check distributions


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with accounts payable (experience with Great Plains software preferred)
  • Must be detailed oriented and organized
  • Prior experience with 3rdparty Accounts Payable processing helpful.
  • General understanding of “debits” and “credits”.
  • Excellent communications skills for working in a small business environment
  • Must be a Team Player
