Job DescriptionHVAC Technician – Cape Cod & Southern Boston Area (Union Role)
Junior and Senior Roles AvailableA leading national HVAC service provider is hiring HVAC Technicians for their Cape Cod and Southern Boston/Chelsea, MA territories. These union roles offer competitive compensation (starting around $40/hr), excellent benefits including 401(k), profit-sharing, health coverage, and paid technical training. Company vehicle provided, with daily home dispatch and significant overtime opportunities.We’re Hiring for Two Levels:
Junior Technician – 1+ years of HVAC experience
Senior Technician – 5+ years of HVAC experience and advanced troubleshooting skillsKey Responsibilities:

• Travel from home to job sites across assigned territory
• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Start-up, commissioning, and performance optimization of HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
• Ensure safety and code compliance on all job sites
• Deliver excellent service and communication with clients

Requirements:

• Valid MA Burner License or in the process of obtaining one
• EPA Certification required
• Burner experience required; AC experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
