Facilities Maintenance Specialist
Onsite in Boston, MA
Contract for 12 Months
General Services Requirements:
a. Corporate Ambassador will check each pantry first thing in the morning and then revisit each pantry throughout the day to ensure the pantry is clean and stocked. Corporate Ambassador will perform light cleaning duties when necessary which include but is not limited to cleaning countertops, removal of dishes, coffee cups, and ensuring the sink is always clean and clear of food items and removing and replacing the trash bag when full during the day prior to cleaning services. Refridgerators are cleaned out weekly, end of business on Friday.
b. Microwave ovens in the pantries should be cleaned during the morning inspection, and throughout the day, as needed
1.8 General Maintenance Services: Facility Ambassador will provide assistance to general maintenance specialist on light maintenance request in the capacity of a helper as requested by Company. This includes but is not limited to changing a light bulb, spot cleaning carpet, restroom supply replenishment, sweeping, table cleaning, etc.
Supplier will :
a. Provide assistance to Company's Facilities Manager on light maintenance in the capacity of helper and/or provide safety measures
b. Police and clean pantries, hallways, conference rooms, guest offices, public spaces during normal business hours which includes:
i. checking the restrooms for heavily soiled areas, checking to ensure supplies are stocked, proper function of hardware, carpet stains, conference room cleaning, general appearance of the office, broom sweeping, table cleaning, work surface cleaning
ii. Excludes heavy bathroom and/or toilet cleaning, heavy floor care (mopping or machine), heavy general cleaning
Carpet care
a. Identify spots and stains to be cleaned in the carpet
b. Follow carpet care program setup by Facilities Manager
c. Utilize dry extraction carpet system for all carpet care
