In this role, you will support various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to meet organizational goals.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making.• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar human resources role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and conflict resolution strategies.
• Familiarity with onboarding procedures and best practices.
• Experience managing employee benefits and resolving related inquiries.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee data.
• In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
