Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Medford, MA with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, managing listings, and providing top-notch customer service. The agent will also possibly be involved in property management activities, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of the Medford, MA real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
