ARCHITECT 
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Architecture </li>
<li>5-10 years of experience in building design and construction document preparation in the U.S.</li>
<li>Professional License preferred.</li>
<li>Educational and Healthcare project experience a huge plus.</li>
<li>Required proficiency in Revit; experience with 3D modeling software like Sketch Up Pro, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.</li>
<li>Strong skills in conceptualization, communication, planning, and organization.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively on diverse tasks.</li>
