Superintendent – 8-Month Project-Based Role (Brentwood, NH)

The Role:

• Oversee the fieldwork for a 15,000 SF prefab metal building addition on a pile foundation (valued at $4M)

• Be a hands-on leader—jump in when needed, keep crews on task, and maintain clear documentation

• Manage small teams of 8–10 workers and coordinate subcontractors on-site

• Ensure daily field reports, photos, and incident logs are accurate and complete

• Collaborate with the project team and serve as the face of the project with owner reps

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial projects (prefab, concrete, and pile foundations a plus)

• A background in Helical Piles, Foundations, Sitework (Civil Background) with Pre-Engineered Metal Building and the MEP trades

• Can handle both the paperwork and the boots-on-the-ground work—no clipboard-only managers here!

• Comfortable leading small teams and communicating professionally with clients and subcontractors

• OSHA 30 preferred; minimum OSHA 10 required

• Local to Brentwood, NH, or within a reasonable commute

Details:

• Pay: $43.00/hour (W2 contract through ParkerBeth)

• Duration: 8 months, starting in June (includes 2–3 weeks pre-con, with onsite beginning July 1)
