The Administrative and Outreach Manager for Community Engagement and Support Services (CES) – works alongside the Director and Assistant Director of CES to oversee the administrative needs of the division. The Administrative and Outreach Manager for CES will organize contract outputs, reporting, and other programmatic data. The Administrative and Outreach Manager will create administrative practices for the division. The position will serve as a liaison between CES leadership, administration, finance, data collection, and operations departments within the agency. Successful candidate will have experience in data reporting, managing contracts, grant writing, budgeting, and data entry, preferably in a nonprofit setting. The Administrative and Outreach Manager will outreach to and work with community and school partners to increase referrals to CES programs.


Qualifications are a Bachelor’s Degree in public administration, nonprofit management, human services, business or similar field, as well as two-three years of experience in a human services setting.

Requirements:

Purpose:


The Administrative and Outreach Manager for CES will create, implement, fine tune, monitor, and manage administrative functions within the division that will improve overall service delivery and reporting. The Administrative and Outreach Manager will act as a liaison between administration, financial, data, and operations departments within LUK. Administrative and Outreach Manager will work together with divisional leadership to create and monitor service delivery, outcomes, and other data tools and reports. These administrative functions will assist the division with measuring needs, quality measurement tools, and growth objectives. Additionally, the Administrative and Outreach Manager will assist with supporting the quality improvement activities of the agency, division, and programs. The Administrative and Outreach Manager will outreach to and work with community and school partners to increase referrals to CES programs.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist the Director and Assistant Director of CES with administrative oversight of programming
  • Develop and maintain mechanisms to promote relationships with community and school partners to increase referrals to CES program.
  • In conjunction with the Director and Assistant Director of CES, develop and monitor the divisional annual budget
  • Assist with the hiring processes for new employees, divisional and program orientation processes, staff performance reviews, and credentialing of staff.
  • Assist CES Director and Assistant Director with tracking tools for meetings (attendance, agendas, minutes, etc.)
  • Assist with tracking division budget and expenditures
  • Work with Administration around ordering
  • Work with members of CES Leadership Team regarding purchase requests and process
  • Keep updated distribution lists and contact lists for community and school partners
  • Maintain and develop relationships with community and school partners to increase referrals and access to CES services.
  • Assist in the processing and reporting of data for surveys and quality improvement activities.
  • Oversight of database management, oversight of program operations to ensure that agency requirements are maintained.
  • Assist CES Leadership Team with accrediting process.
  • Assist CES Director and Assistant Director with budget management.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in public administration, nonprofit management, business, human services, or similar field
  • Two to three years office experience preferably in a human services environment may be substituted
  • Experience in administration, budgeting, and personnel management is preferred
  • Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged to apply

Job Location:
The Administrative and Outreach Manager position will be located out of LUK’s office in Fitchburg, MA. The position will also travel between LUK’s offices in Webster and Worcester. Some regular transportation required. Ability to work remotely occasion as needed.


Salary Range and Benefits:

Pay Range: 7D. Salary Range: $52,000 – $58,000. Salary ranges within each pay grade are based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
