We are looking for a capable Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective renters or represent our landlords from our extensive database. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual tenants, and achieve high occupancy rates.

Compensation:
$50,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
- Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
- Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract
- Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld
- Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
- A proven record of sales experience and success
