Real Estate Agent – Training, Leads, and Coaching Provided
At Chinatti Realty Group, we believe most real estate agents don’t struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because they aren’t given a clear system, consistent training, and real support. That’s why we built a brokerage designed to help agents close transactions, whether they are newly licensed or experienced and looking to grow. We are so confident in our training and support that if you follow our system and do not get your first accepted offer within 90 days, we will write you a $500 check. This is not a sign on bonus. It is accountability on both sides. Headquarters in Chelmsford, MA.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
