They are hiring a Territory Sales Representative to become the first sales professional in the region. With $100 million in HVAC inventory, a 70,000 square-foot warehouse in Fitchburg, and highly competitive pricing, this company is prepared to win the Boston market. They are looking for someone who is ready to lead that effort. What You’ll Be Selling This company manufactures and distributes a full range of HVAC systems, including its own OEM Apower line. The equipment is equivalent in performance and design to top-tier international brands and is trusted by HVAC professionals throughout North America. Clients include: • HVAC contractors • Field technicians • Local and regional retail supply stores What You’ll Do • Generate New Business Prospect and close new B2B accounts by visiting contractors, technicians, and retail locations throughout Greater Boston. • Own and Grow Your Book Maintain long-term customer relationships and earn recurring commissions from every future sale your accounts generate. • Leverage Competitive Advantage Use deep inventory, fast shipping, and below-market pricing to win business and outperform competitors. • Work with a Lead Gen Team A call center team is already booking warm appointments for you, so you can focus on qualifying and closing. • Be the HVAC Expert Use your product knowledge to guide customers toward the right solutions and provide trusted recommendations. What You Bring • Sales Experience in HVAC or Technical Products You understand how to sell equipment like furnaces, AC units, or tools, and can speak the language of HVAC buyers. • Hunter Mentality You enjoy building from scratch, closing deals face-to-face, and being out in the field meeting people. • Technical Knowledge You already know HVAC specs, tonnage, and how to match the right products with client needs. Minimal product training is needed. • In-Person Selling Skills You are comfortable with local travel and field-based selling. This role involves approximately 70 percent of your time on the road. • CRM Familiarity You are used to working within a CRM system like Zoho to track activity and manage follow-ups. • Entrepreneurial Attitude You will work independently while reporting directly to senior leadership and a sales manager.
