This is a long-term contract position within the retail industry, where you will play a key role in managing workplace operations and ensuring efficiency in various accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting software systems and workplace coordination to support smooth organizational processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily workplace operations to ensure seamless functionality and productivity.
• Manage accounting tasks such as accounts payable, auditing, and benefit functions.
• Coordinate the implementation and use of accounting software systems, including ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective administrative and financial support.
• Monitor and analyze workplace processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Facilitate communication between departments to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Provide guidance on compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Handle data and reporting tasks related to workplace operations and financial systems.
• Assist in onboarding and training employees on systems and workplace protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.• Proven experience with accounting software systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.
