A growing multi-disciplinary consulting firm, is seeking Civil Project Managers with 5-7+ years of experience to join our team. The position is available from any of our three offices (Woburn, MA, Lakeville, MA, or Manchester, NH). This is a great opportunity for a motivated engineer who's ready to step into a leadership role, manage exciting land development projects, and help mentor the next generation of civil engineers.
What You'll Do

Manage multiple land development projects from design through permitting and construction

Prepare and oversee civil/site design documents and permit submissions

Supervise and mentor junior engineers and designers

Conduct technical quality control reviews and support proposal and budget development

Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal leadership teams

Present at public meetings and coordinate with municipal agencies

Use Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office for design, analysis, and reporting
What We're Looking For
-
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

PE in Massachusetts
-
Familiarity with local/state/federal permitting processes

Expertise in AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
