Responsibilities
- Oversee recertification operations of 180 units across 8 LIHTC properties
- Focus on recertification processes and compliance
- Collaborate with regional management to ensure smooth transitions and operations
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in affordable housing
- Familiarity with the recertification process
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and teams effectively
