Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Licensed Massachusetts Psychologist position is available in a high school setting in Holyoke, MA, offering an opportunity to provide dedicated psychological support to students within a dynamic school environment. This full-time, contract role spans from ASAP through June 25, 2026, working 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide counseling services to support student mental health and academic success.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans and interventions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address students behavioral and emotional needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations and school policies.
- Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school community.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Psychologist license is required.
- Previous school-based psychological experience preferred, especially in high school settings.
- Strong skills in student assessment, counseling, and collaboration with school teams.
- Ability to undergo and complete state-required background checks including CORI and fingerprinting promptly.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate the school schedule.
