We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. Our properties are primarily in Marblehead, Salem, and East Boston. This position requires hands-on experience across multiple trades, including plumbing, low-voltage wiring, light remodeling, tile installation, painting, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of troubleshooting and completing repairs with minimal supervision. Some of these tasks include:

Perform general plumbing repairs (fixtures, drain issues, minor pipe repairs, leak diagnostics).

Install, troubleshoot, and repair low-voltage wiring (thermostats, doorbells, sensors, cameras, intercoms).

Handle light remodeling tasks including drywall, framing, trim, and minor carpentry.

Install and repair tile flooring, backsplashes, and shower surrounds.

Complete interior and exterior painting and surface prep.

Perform general building maintenance, including patching, caulking, replacing locks, repairing doors/windows, etc.

Diagnose and respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct routine property checks to identify issues before they become major repairs.

Work with tenants, vendors and contractors when needed and coordinate access.

Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow safety guidelines.
