We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the chiropractor
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in medical/chiropractic service administrative or related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Company DescriptionLooking for a seasoned person to run the office on a daily basis. Must be able to multi task and understand health insurance. The office manager runs the front office on their own. This is a two person office.
