Job Description

· A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the field.

· Must have experience with metal framing job requirements.

· Excellent frame-to-finish carpentry skills and general knowledge in all related fields.

· Ability to lead a crew or work independently.

· Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

· Extensive knowledge of all phases of a commercial remodeling project.

· Ability to establish and maintain a positive, cooperative working relationship with supervisors, coworkers and sub-contractors.

· Ability to work in an environment subject to frequently changing priorities and time deadlines.

· Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 60 lbs., climb and be comfortable on ladders and staging, bend, kneel, etc.

· Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

· Must have own hand tools and basic power tools related to this field.

· Ability to work 40 hours per week.

· Occasional weekend and after-hours work required.
