We are open 7 days a week, serving lunch and dinner, and also offer catering services.
We are seeking a talented executive chef to lead our established team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional ready to uphold our 16-year legacy of success. You will be responsible for maintaining food quality, managing ordering and inventory, organizing, scheduling, training staff, and boosting team morale. You will be joining a strong existing team, including a skilled sous chef.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality and execution.
- Manage inventory, food ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Develop and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Maintain and elevate overall team morale.
