Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You&nbsp;will oversee&nbsp;project planning, scheduling,&nbsp;budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation</li>
<li>Allocate resources for assigned projects</li>
<li>Track production of onsite crews and subcontractors</li>
<li>Communicate with subcontractors, engineers, municipalities,&nbsp;and customers</li>
<li>Negotiate&nbsp;with subcontractors and vendors on pricing/quotes</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere&nbsp;to plans and specifications</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in heavy civil construction preferred </li>
<li>Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, etc)</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
