Operations Manager – Multi-Unit Leadership
Springfield, IL 62650 | Full-Time | $65K–$70K + $2K/Month Bonus
Are you an experienced multi-unit leader ready to take your career to the next level? We're hiring an Operations Manager to oversee 4–6 high-volume restaurant locations (avg. $2.2M–$4.8M per unit). We're looking for someone with strong people leadership, sharp operational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
What We Offer:
- $65K–$70K base + $2,000 monthly bonus (fully net – taxes paid by employer)
- 100% employer-paid health, dental & vision

- 2 weeks PTO (3 weeks after 5 years)
- Avg. 45–50 hrs/week (performance-based)

- Proven multi-unit leadership experience (4+ locations)
- Strong focus on culture, communication & accountability
- HU or equivalent training preferred
- Not a training-heavy role — we need someone who can hit the ground running
Primary region: Springfield, IL (flexible coverage as needed)
Relocation is considered on a case-by-case basis
