• Communicate with customers to provide updates on orders and resolve inquiries.
• Assist with special financial projects as needed to support operational goals.• Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.
