POSITION DESCRIPTION; SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR/RECEPTIONIST/SUPPLY CLERK
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining an effective telephone communication service for the Housing Authority. He/she should maintain positive relations with all phone callers and visitors. Also responsible for maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies.
TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
Prior Switchboard/Receptionist experience desirable. A high school diploma or equivalency is required. Should have completed basic courses in office procedures. General office experience and experience using standard office word processing, spreadsheet and email software are required.
SUPERVISION:
The incumbent reports directly to the Assistant Director.
Annual salary is $48,976.20
