We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Receiving Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility. Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory records by auditing and updating data in relevant systems
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Perform clerical tasks such as preparing charts, graphs, and reports to track inventory levels and trends
• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries related to inventory and shipping matters
• Utilize ERP solutions and related technologies to manage inventory and streamline processes
• Assist in resolving discrepancies in inventory counts and shipment details
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Conduct regular inspections of inventory to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Support the team in administrative duties as needed to maintain operational efficiency
• Experience with ERP systems and solutions, with a strong understanding of inventory management
• Familiarity with software tools such as Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, and ADP
• Proficiency in creating and analyzing charts, graphs, and reports
• Previous experience in auditing and clerical tasks within an inventory or shipping environment
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to manage inbound calls professionally
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of financial services or related industries is a plus
