Our client a life science company based in Woburn, MA is looking to hire a Scientific Support Specialists on a direct hire basis as soon as possible. The client is looking for a self starter who is detail oriented who wants to get involved with a company doing great things for people all over the world.
This would be a Monday through Friday 8am-5pm opportunity that will start in the next few weeks. The client typically moves quickly through the interview process.
Ideally, someone will comes with a Bachelor's Degree in a life science field.

- Experience using Shopify, HubSpot, Zendesk, Google Suite a plus
Responsibilities:
- Basic troubleshooting
- Provide customer service
- Explain technical issues to a non-technical audience
- Report end-user feedback on product performance
- Navigate our digital platforms (prior experience not required)
- Answer technical customer inquiries
- Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
- Inbound sales and price quotation
- Respond to emails, answer phone calls and respond to chat
- Perform related duties as assigned
