Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Assistant will report to the Director of Marketing and assist in organizing customer survey reports, sending out customer surveys on a daily basis, create digital and print materials, help in the creation and ordering of direct mail campaigns, task organization for rebrands and acquisitions, content creation for social media, back up for website updates and customer notifications, and other duties as assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing marketing materials, including logistics, securing vendors and purchases, as well ensuring projects are executed in a timely fashion
- Sending out daily surveys to customers
- Populate monthly customer survey reports
- Assist with coordinating property events with vendor purchasing
- Comprehensive knowledge of design for multiple mediums, with proven ability to translate concepts into high-quality print (direct mail, brochures, signage) and digital (social ads, banners, email) deliverables
- Stay current with market trends
- Keep up with new product and feature launches
- Assist with internal and external Company e-Newsletters when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Competencies:
- Background in marketing/graphic design, or relevant field with 2+ years relative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data tracking
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced strenuous environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and keep up with multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and non-verbal
- WordPress and web design knowledge a plus
- Social Media marketing and event management experience a plus
- Video editing skills are a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen (and Random Selections)
- Occasional travel as necessary
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
