**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
- EIT or PE certification encouraged
- 2-3 years of experience in private subdivision and land development design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydroflow, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with zoning and regulatory agency ordinances.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to assist with or prepare various engineering plans and design packages.
