Part-Time House Manager – Charlestown, MA
About the Family:
A welcoming family in Charlestown, MA is seeking a dependable, flexible, and proactive part-time house manager to help keep their home running smoothly. The family includes a 14-month-old child and a friendly dog, and they value warmth, organization, and reliability in their household.
Schedule & Compensation:

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Hours may increase; flexibility is appreciated) -
Position Type: Live-out

Compensation: $40–$50 per hour (based on experience)

2 weeks paid vacation (1 week family's choice, 1 week nanny's choice)

3–5 personal/sick days

All major holidays paid and off

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a house manager, family assistant, or household support role

Looking for someone who can meal prep is a plus!

Comfortable with light housekeeping, errands, and household organization

Trustworthy, patient, and proactive with excellent communication skills!

CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Family travels to Chatham, MA for the summer
